What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, and shipping address. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Your photos
You share your photos via a shared album link from your photo library. We do not require your login credentials and have no permanent connection to your photo library. You can revoke access from your own device at any time.
We use your photos solely to curate and produce your annual photo book. We do not use them for any other purpose, and we do not share them with third parties. Your photos are permanently deleted within 30 days of your book shipping.

Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and Meta (Facebook) for advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data required for each service to function.
Cookies
We use cookies for advertising measurement (Meta Pixel) and to maintain your session during checkout. We do not use cookies for any other tracking purpose.
Data retention
Order records are retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes. Your photos are deleted within 30 days of your book shipping. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us.
