Refund Policy

Cancellation before print

You may cancel your order at any time before your book enters the print process. Email us at support@yourwholeyear.shop to cancel. We will send you a confirmation email when your book enters print — cancellation is available until that email is received.

Custom product — no refund after print starts

Because each book is a custom product made to your photos and approved proof, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds once printing has begun.

When refunds or replacements apply

We will offer a full refund or a free replacement if your book arrives with any of the following:

  • Damaged in transit — bent, crushed, torn, or water-damaged on arrival
  • Printing flaws — smearing, banding, misaligned or cut-off images, blank or duplicated pages, colour badly off from the approved proof
  • Binding defects — pages falling out, cover detaching, or mis-bound pages
  • Wrong book shipped, or pages missing

Where a refund applies, you may choose either a full refund or a free replacement with the defect corrected.

How to request

Email support@yourwholeyear.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

Subscription renewals

If you wish to cancel your subscription before the annual December 10th renewal, email us before that date. We will not charge you again. You keep everything you have already paid for.
