1. Agreement
By placing an order with Your Whole Year, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.
2. Products & Services
Your Whole Year produces an annual photo book curated from your photos. The first order covers the most recently completed year. All product descriptions reflect the actual product. Any sample imagery is representative of quality and process — not a real customer order.
3. Subscription Billing
Your first charge is made at the time of order. Your subscription automatically renews every December 10th at $149. We will send a notice before the renewal charge. Renewal charges are not prorated. You may cancel at any time before the December 10th renewal date by emailing support@yourwholeyear.shop.
4. Extra Copies
Extra copies ($49 each) are charged only when added at checkout — they are never billed automatically. Each December we will email you to ask if you would like extras for that year's book. If you do not add them, you are never charged.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@yourwholeyear.shop. Cancellations are accepted before your book enters the print process. You will receive a confirmation email when your book enters print — that email is your notification that cancellation is no longer possible for that year's book. Because each book is a custom product made to your photos and approved proof, we are unable to cancel or refund once printing has begun.
6. Payment
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or see your card details. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number after purchase.

8. Intellectual Property
All site content — text, images, design — is owned by Your Whole Year. You retain all rights to your own photos. We will not use your photos for any purpose other than creating your book.
9. Limitation of Liability
Your Whole Year is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
